This is a fork of NTR

• removed all uneeded Stuff (outside of Remote Debugging features.
• reduced crash chance on load
• removed NTR Wireless Streaming Ability
• no menu anymore
• debugger auto enabled.
• works with recent added pm reimp from Luma3DS
• doesnt copy itself into many processes.
