Rewrote GliderPro's fitting manager stuff (now includes DirectFitting…

…ManagerWindow)

You can now list your fittings (with the Fittings property of DirectFittingManagerWindow)
You can now list the modules that are fit to your ship (DirectEve.GetShipsModules())
You can unfit modules by 'Adding' modules from your ship's container to your hangar
