Summary below is based [Adafruit tutorial](https://learn.adafruit.com/neopixels-on-raspberry-pi/python-usage) with CM4 specific settings:
- Enable SPI, using `sudo raspi-config` and navigating to `Interface Options` - `SPI` - `Yes`
- Edit `/boot/config.txt` to add `core_freq_min=500` and reboot
- Install Python libraries: `sudo pip3 install rpi_ws281x adafruit-circuitpython-neopixel`
- Test with following code:
