An Open recipe mate based soft drink recipe.

13 | gram | Yerba mate CBSé guaraná |
8 | gram | Vannilla sugar |
72 | gram | Cane sugar |
10 | gram | Fresh lemon juice |
- Heat the water to 80°C
- Add the Yerba Mate and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Add the Cane sugar, lemon juice and vannilla sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve with a coffee filter.
- Carbonate 2.4 Bar at 4°C
