An Open recipe mate based soft drink recipe.

Ingredients

Amount	Unit	Ingredient
1	liter	Water
13	gram	Yerba mate CBSé guaraná
8	gram	Vannilla sugar
72	gram	Cane sugar
10	gram	Fresh lemon juice

Directions

1. Heat the water to 80°C
2. Add the Yerba Mate and let steep for 10 minutes.
3. Add the Cane sugar, lemon juice and vannilla sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve with a coffee filter.
5. Carbonate 2.4 Bar at 4°C
