I spent some time going through an example of how to solve a research task.
The example should be useful for our projects: given a set of similar DNA motifs, how can we remove redundancy and provide a smaller set of non-redundant consensus motifs?

The sentence Remains to set a stopping criterion is a bit of an awkward fragment, but overall everything was pretty clear.
