### Basic Information and Version Info

This is the release 1.0 of all the tools referred to in the above header.

Please feel free to use our code for a quick step into RoboCup MSL league. If you do so, please acknowledge our work in the appropriate places. We acknowledge and thank all previous contributors.

We would appreciatte if you inform us of any bugs you may find.

This source code is released under the terms of a GPL3 software license and may include code from other contributors under the same terms.


Future releases may be updated with new features, agents, tools or tutorials.

### Operating System and Compiler

The source code has been tested after being compiled with gcc/g++ - Gnu Project
C/C++ Compiler (gcc version 4.8.2) using the Qt4 libraries on Linux Ubuntu 14.04.
        

### Instructions on how to use this release:

* All the packages listed in the "toInstall_Ubuntu14.04" file have to be
installed prior to compilation.

	* execute "source toInstall_Ubuntu14.04"

* All libraries in the "deps/" directory have to be installed prior to compilation.
You can use the "installDeps.sh" script found in "deps/" to perform this installation.
	
	* execute "chmod u+x installDeps.sh" 
	* execute "sudo ./installDeps.sh"

*To compilation the software

	* change to "build/"
	* execute "cmake .."
	* execute "make"
	* execute "make all tools csim-exec"

* To run the software
	* change to "bin/"
	* execute "sudo ./sim" to launch the simulator and basestation
	* execute "sudo ./simAgents 2" to run agent number two

* you can also run the basestation independently with
	* execute "sudo AGENT=0 ./basestation"

### TroubleShooting

* If goals and players are not shown in the basestation view make sure you run the
commands from a shell with  "export LC_NUMERIC=C"
