this repository contains the code files for Lead Field-Automatic Quality Control (LF-AQI) the purpose how to use each function or script is written inside the m-files. you just need to give path of computed lead fields in Brainstorm folder structure or put all files in a folder named for each subject, this is similar to BC-VARETA folder structure
