Changed the filenames of additionalLibs to accommodate also the point releases Added a new variable ADD_LIB_VERSION to the bashrc to determine the correct version of additionalLibs ADD_LIB_VERSION contains the first three characters of WM_PROJECT_VERSION

Hi,
I modified some files in order to support the point releases of OpenFOAM (OF-2.4, OF-3.0.0 and OF-3.0.1) in addition to the develop repositories (OF-2.4.x and OF-3.0.x).
Since the difference between point release and development repository is limited to the third character (not counting the dots), determining the version of OpenFOAM (for choosing the correct additionalLibs) can be limited to the first three characters (counting the dots), see commit ef2cf08
