The githubSearch package provides functionality to search to see if a package exists
on github. The idea for this is to eventually be used in the pacman package to allow users to easily find the packages they want on github.
Currently there isn't a release on CRAN.
You can, however, download the zip ball or tar ball, decompress and run R CMD INSTALL on it, or use the devtools package to install the development version:
