• Reworked the agent dialog to better handle agent groups (the group is now set implicitly)
• Added clang format
• Improved the forward dialog to reflect addresses that do not support forwarding
• Improved the visualization of address names
• Fix that the address list is udated. If i change the line and the new line is closed the addresscaps are read from the driver

• Do no longer show "line unavailable" for lines which have been removed on TAPI when restarting the ephone.exe
• Rework the CallCompletion dialog. If the call announces completion modes in the LineCallFeatures2 take them from there. If there are not CompletionModesAnnounced but the LCF_COMPLETECALL is set take them from the addresscaps
