web访问JS代理

解决tiered结构下,web层无法正确访问JS代理的问题.

I modified your code to make it correct, but for now I will not merge it, because the tiered structure is a very complex problem and we are not yet sure whether to adapt the tiered startup template.

If you want to use it in tiered app now, try to create controllers in your app solution and don't to configure the dynamic API controllers. The problem is not as simple as it seems, but I believe you can do it.
