New gdn-dev script and config file

Made new script, with which you can:

• Compile all Gandalf versions listed in all_versions.txt at once
• Compile all & upload them to the repo (untested)
• Clean up (sort) conflicts.txt's and replaces.txt's
• Once it's programmed we could add the feature to setup macOS for being able to compile gandalf.
• If dpkg fails the script and build.sh will exit with its exitcode
• Commented confirmation for building gandalf (do we really need this)

Now we have only one config file called config.cfg in Version/config.cfg which includes Firmware, Section, Version, Name
