New build system - PRERELEASE

This PRErelease is the first test of a new build system.

It is not recommended for any kind of production use.

Please test on spare devices only.

Once deemed stable enough a proper release will follow.

The naming scheme has been changed to hopefully prevent update scripts from picking up this build.
