The idea of this change is to be able to change the port on which the API is listening so as not to have collisions with other APIs / services that we are using.

What method are you using to deploy or run Mocktail?

This functionality is already available with some of the deployment methods.

I'm trying to understand how you are using Mocktail. I'll gladly look for a solution for your requirements if your method does not already provide this functionality.
