Це дрібне покращення JS для запобігання повторних викликів до GitHub API при декількаразовому натисканні кнопки отримання Release Notes у UI/Flasher.
У цьому ж коміті видалений /flasher/jaam_v2.js і замінений на використання файлу з веб-сервера.
