MoreOres v1.2.0

Fixed a bug that was not duplicating the item that was dropped from the block and only made another item without any of the metadata.

Added the ability to toggle the debugger by use of the /moreores debug

Added a help command. Help Command details will be sent to the chat window or console of whoever called the command.
