I've replaced some broken stream links with new ones and also added most of the stations available in regional DAB+ multiplexes in Germany. I tried to add stations which can be received in the entire regions, so some of them are missing. Local Berlin and lower-powered Hamburg muxes aren't included here now, but I can add stations from them later if you want.
Also, since every radio station from Schleswig-Holstein listed here is available in Hamburg via DAB+ in real life, I've decided to add Hamburg into in-game Schleswig-Holstein region, similarly as Lower Saxony includes Bremen.
