- Updates eigensdk to commit in master branch to avoid accidentally deleting dependent commit
- Removes gate on rewards v2 functions previously gated to testnet

change the eigensdk commit hash in integration tests to 72117286b6d849f50773483bfd1efcc305ab5edb (which is your eigensdk commit) - it is currently pointed to dev |
