After opening LazyD Charter, you will first have to open up VBA Editor (ALT + F11) and any module with code on it (i.e., expand "Modules" and double click on "mdlButtons"). This is due to a Microsoft bug or limitation. "Chart Interface" having approximately 700 controls on it should be the reason.

Excel VBA file and some AutoIT apps to use with it.
