These tacos are easy to prepare, yet perfect for a mature palate. | ||

Cook Time: 15 minutes | ||

* [Basic Shredded Chicken](/base_layers/basic_shredded_chicken.md) but substitute Boneless Chicken Thighs for Chicken Breasts. | ||
* [Mango and Avocado Salsa](/condiments/mango_avocado_salsa.md) | ||
* Monterey Jack Cheese (optional) | ||
* Flour Tortillas | ||

Directions | ||
---------- | ||
|
||
1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brown in a large skillet on medium heat. | ||
2. Cube the browned chicken thighs and return to the pan. | ||
3. Add spices from Basic Shredded Chicken recipe. | ||
4. Simmer on low heat until chicken is cooked through. | ||
5. Serve Chicken on warm Flour Tortillas with Mango Avocado Salsa and Monterey Jack Cheese. | ||
6. Feel incredibly full and happy. |
