Removed some pesky dx9 calls that were breaking the game upon reaching the hunters in Silent Cartographer.

This was a rushed fix to get people past the troublesome section so I've only tested the fix from a save where the bug occurs and loading into a random map to check nothing was immediatetly broken. (So no promises that there aren't any side effects).

Initial release. Contains some known issues (and probably lots of unknown ones) but should be playable from start to finish.
