I've been a Software developer for around a decade. After obtainin a Bachelors of Science from UVic in Computer Science, I then entered the tech industry, working at several companies, on things like payments, content creating platforms, gift card giving and employee recognition software.
I've worked with a a handful of different programming languages, but have found that I am most interested in Javascript, although I don't shy away from learning anything else when needed. I've also earned my stripes with SQL, troubleshooting issues and fixing erroneous data! I'm also a certified scrum master, and have found myself championing the scrum and agile processes of any team/company that I have worked for. Software is written by humans, and I love interacting with people, collaborating, and doing my best to bring good energy and enthusiasm into any team I work with.
