bindist/bindist.configure.in:
	Fix a bug: add scripts/parse_ml_options.sh-subr to the list of
	files output by AC_OUTPUT().

	This will hopefully fix a problem where we were using the version
	of parse_ml_options.sh-subr copied from the source build, which may
	have been configured with a different --prefix.
