Updates to latest net8 to solve linux warnings:

warning NETSDK1138: The target framework 'netcoreapp5.0' is out of support and will not receive security updates in the future. Please refer to https://aka.ms/dotnet-core-support for more information about the support policy. 
warning NETSDK1023: A PackageReference for 'NETStandard.Library' was included in your project. This package is implicitly referenced by the .NET SDK and you do not typically need to reference it from your project. For more information, see https://aka.ms/sdkimplicitrefs
warning MSB3884: Could not find rule set file "MinimumRecommendedRules.ruleset".
