• Added cowboy boots support to the artifact auto flex.

Seasonal events

New dev command /dev seasonal-events (navi dev se)

• In this command you can tell Navi when a seasonal event is active (horse festival, valentine, halloween, etc)
• Right now the only thing this controls is the ready list. E.g. when horse festival is active, minirace and megarace reminders will show up in /ready and auto-ready.
• The actual reminders and helpers are unaffected and always active because there is no need to disable them. You noone does a megarace, noone will get a megarace reminder.
• The currently active event is shown in the footer of the help embed and the ready list embed.

Seasonal event settings now permanent

• Reminders and helpers for seasonal events are now permanently available in the settings all year.

Bugfixes

• Fixed calculation issues with new hunt reminder when using time cookies and other reduction items
• Various small fixes
