PR: Update README with PDF flowchart and improved installation/build instructions

Description
This PR includes the following changes:

Added a PDF flowchart file outlining the process flow of the software.
Updated the README file:
Included steps for installation and build process.
Added a reference to the newly added PDF file.

Changes Made

PDF File: Added Terminal-Screen-Flowchart-Diagram.pdf to the docs directory.
README.md:
New section for the installation and build instructions.
Hyperlink to docs/Terminal-Screen-Flowchart-Diagram.pdf.
