This repository is for storing scripts associated with the February 2024 CLASS workshop. The structure reflects that of the workshop and is split into three categories:

Modelling ~ An introduction to NEMO modelling using CLASS models as an example.

Analysis ~ A day of exercises analysing output from two NEMO configurations, AMM7 and <>.
- AMM7 analysis will demonstrate the useage of the COAST python package.
- <> Analysis of global NEMO simulation with biogeochemisty.
- Parcels ~ Exercise demonstrating Lagrangian partical tracking with the Parcesl python package.
