Don't use _lib suffix for custom targets This was somewhat confusing and unnecessary. These aren't really library targets. They are exported as library targets, which do not behave the same as the custom targets inside the build. Additionally, I've found this suffix is a bit annoying when manually trying to compile individual library targets.
