PHP-For-WampServer (PHP 5.5.11)

Adding php 5.5.11 for WampServer 2.4.

Requirements

open your terminal (cmd) and place you in the php file wamp :
- cd C:\wamp\bin\php
clone for wamp php file in php 5.5.11 :
- git clone https://github.com/web-solution/php-for-wampserver.git php5.5.11
finally restart WampServer not apache.
