Initial upload of v2.5 cut pattern

All laser cut parts for OpenROV 2.5 included on one dxf file.  Top group
(blue, orange, purple, green and pink) to be cut from 3mm clear acrylic,
shell (black) to be cut of 3mm translucent white polypropylene, third
group down (white) to be cut from 3mm white acrylic, bottom group (red)
to be cut from 6mm clear acrylic
