Post-processes FHIR bundles produced by Synthea to add pulse (heart rate) observations to blood pressure readings.

Usage: node index.js

Input files go in an input/ subdirectory, which must be manually created. Output files will be created in an output/ subdirectory, which the program will create if necessary.
