Plugin creates his own cfg in addons/sourcemod/configs

Message Types:

• HUD - Writes on the screen (Does not support colors)
• Hint - Writes in hint/center (support colors)
• Chat - Writes in chat (support colors)

Option to make ads for admins only or for everyone.
