UIAL - UI Automation Language

UIAL is a high-level scripting language used to define user scenarios and functional tests.

Here are some of its goals:

  • Enable users with limited/non-existant coding experience to author and test user scenarios.
  • Enable users with limited/non-existant coding experience to automate part of their workflow.
  • Enable experienced developers to write functional tests faster and more easily.
  • Enable users to easily write UI tests.
  • Enable users to easily write accessbility tests.
