First release of Tranquillity, still needs a lot of work, but is in a 'useable' state

Tranquility is the GUI client of Cupola
Cupola is the api which does all the hard work
If you are downloading Tranquility you do not need to install cupola

To install Tranquility, download the zip folder, unzip it into a folder called Tranquility, then run Tranquility.exe
