were added/removed due to a message being sent,
kevin could crash

services now have async functions for update processing

kevin now only uses asyncio

Initial release with basic functionality

This version uses two threads, one for the http server
and one for job processing.

There are only three components:

 * kevin - main daemon to manage builds
 * falk - VM provider
 * changal - in-VM agent to run job
