  1. Update README. Add instructions for retrieving jobs asynchronously.
  2. Add an example to estimate H2 energy.
  3. Refactor legacy simpletest.py to runtime_cli.py. Provide a simple command line interface for users.
  4. Add instructions to use runtime_cli in README
