File Descriptions:
- la_to_ch_translate.csv: Used to translate la codes to a unified format
- LA CODE: LA crime code
- UNIFIED DESCRIPTION: Generalized description of crime
- UNIFIED CODE: New unified crime code
- ch_to_la_translate.csv: Same as above but in opposite direction
- unifydata.R: R program to perform data processing for the comparison of la and ch data
- WORK IN PROGRESS
- Need to do more processing for the individual datasets for the city specific analysis
