Getting Started

Required Steps

1. Install SwiftDialog v2.0 or later.
2. Install the latest Renew PKG from our Releases page.
3. Deploy a config file. A default configuration file is provided to get you started testing. Example Configurations
   1. For Jamf users, you can grab the JSON Schema from this repository: https://github.com/Jamf-Custom-Profile-Schemas/ProfileManifestsMirror

Additional Recommended Steps

1. Apply an MDM profile to enforce banner style notifications for Swift Dialog Bundle Identifier. Instructions for how to enable notifications can be found here: https://github.com/swiftDialog/swiftDialog/wiki/Notifications#approving-and-setting-notification-type-via-mdm
2. Use the OptionalArguments profile keys to make Renew look and function right for your environment.
3. For macOS Ventura+ compatibility, create a BackgroundItems MDM profile and enforce the LaunchAgent Label ID: com.secondsonconsulting.renew.
