Data Acquisition and Signal Processing in Biomedical Applications

Introduction

This course is aimed to implement proof of concept of data acquisition (DAQ) and signal processing in biomedical applications (i.e., heart rate measurement and electromyography).

Q: How can I use the USB-4704?
A: Firstly, install DAQNavi and its driver for USB-4704. Secondly, plug the USB cable into the computer. Thirdly, start the DAQNavigator in the computer and test USB-4704.
Q: How can I use the Analog Discovery?
A: Install the WaveForms in the computer, and then start it.
Q: What is the main difference between Instant AI and Buffered AI?
A: Sample rate of Buffered AI is much higher than that of Instant AI.
