Linux Update Instructions

Updating Azzy

Download and update to the latest release

• sudo systemctl stop AzzyBot
• Go to the releases page
• READ THE RELEASE NOTES FOR THE CURRENT RELEASE!!!
  • IF something has changed in the files, you have to replace and import your data right now!
  • In the future this will be automated but right now it's not possible
• Download the latest version called release-linux-YOUR_ARCHITECTURE.zip
• Upload the file to the server
• Unzip the file on your server
• Replace all files except the "Customization", "Models" folders and the "appsettings.json" file - only replace them if it's excplicitly stated in the release notes!
• sudo systemctl start AzzyBot
