## About The Pull Request

Revamped the Tram kitchen, including a new holopad, and some roundstart
durt to clean! On top of that, I've added some drunk spawns, and gave a
holopad to the bartender.

## Why It's Good For The Game

The Tram kitchen always felt incredibly huge but also small at the same
time, the way it is currently setup gives very little table space. This
refurbishing keeps the same area, but utilizes it much better. Also the
sinks were not symmetrical.
