Generating Webapp jsdocs
========================
Health Warning: This howto relates to local development, using the symlinking of my project directory to /var/www is just because I am lazy. Making apache follow symlinks is not recommended for a production server.
Other Notes: make sure apache is configured to follow symlinks if you want to use /var/www in this way

cd ~/
mkdir Snarl
cd Snarl
wget http://jsdoc-toolkit.googlecode.com/files/jsdoc_toolkit-2.4.0.zip
unzip jsdoc_toolkit-2.4.0.zip
rm jsdoc_toolkit-2.4.0.zip
git clone git://github.com/Snarl/Webapp.git
symlink the newly created Webapp folder to /var/www

satisfy REQUIREMENTS from /jsdoc-toolkit/README.txt
working with OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.9.9) on Ubuntu 10.04

n.b. because it clogs up the output html I like to temporary remove googlemaps.js, jquery-1.4.4.js and phonegap.0.9.4.js from working dir
cd jsdoc_toolkit-2.4.0/jsdoc-toolkit/
java -jar jsrun.jar app/run.js -a -t=templates/jsdoc -d=/var/www/Webapp/docs /var/www/Webapp

Finally, the documentation can be viewed at http://localhost/Webapp/docs
