Welcome to the three-day nanopore training course "Introduction to nanopore data analysis" of South Green platform.
This tutorial will guide you through the typical steps of a nanopore assembly of a genome.
We have created a Virtual Machine IFB Biosphere containing all tools need to reproduce this training.
