refactor: identifier prefixes

Main improvements in this PR:

After a few days of working with the new importModel and exportModel with various models, it becomes clear that the previous behaviour is confusing and cumbersome. Instead, this PR changes the default settings of importModel and exportModel regarding clipping and adding identifier prefixes when required; give explicit and clear messages that inform about these actions; and have function flags that disable this behaviour if desired.
