Just bumped the version.

RC1 didn't contain the code I thought it did. Careless failure to sync.

Mostly inconsequential stuff like the whatsnewtext and the removal of
neowise. But now need to submit a new release to the Google Play Store
and endure their ludicrous multiweek review process again.

text from the EULA - a joke passed its sell-by-date that alarmed a few
people and was a bit silly.
