[ROCKCHIP] Creating a Bootable GammaOS Core SD Card

A 32GB A2 spec microSD card is required, with performance equivalent to:
Using low-quality cards may result in poor performance or boot failures.
- Do NOT use DD, Win32DiskImager, or balenaEtcher etc. Tools like these will not work. Only use the supplied SDDiskTool.
- Ensure you have 7-Zip installed to extract files.

Download Required Files:
- GammaOS Core image for your device: Releases.

SDDiskTool_v1.69.zip

Extract Files:
- Extract
SDDiskTool_v1.69.zip

GammaOS_Core_BetaX_XXX.7z
using the password provided.

Insert SD Card:
- Use a reliable card reader to insert your microSD card.

Open SD Firmware Tool:
- Launch
SD_Firmware_Tool.exe
from theSDDiskTool_v1.69
folder.
- Launch

Select Options:
- Choose SD Boot in the application.
- Click Firmware and select the extracted
.img
file from the GammaOS Core archive.

Create the Bootable Card:
- Click Create. This may take a few attempts to succeed.
- Click Create. This may take a few attempts to succeed.

Finish:
- Eject the microSD card once completed.
- Insert the card into your device and boot as you would with any Linux OS.
