Be forgiving on missing '=' in promotion move

Improve grammar

Add support for numeric annotation glyph, variations
and continuations (like 4... exd5 5. Bg2).

Support nested brace comments also inside variations.

Rename states and tokens to be more in line with
convention names.

Add also a PGN formal gramamr as a reference.
