pydcemri

Python module for processing dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) data. Given a T1-weighted, dynamic, contrast-enhanced data set, a multiflip data set, and either an AIF or blood curves, produce maps of Ktrans, ve, and vp.
