Fixes

• Accounted for missing dasharray property in the simplelinesymbol (fix: account for no dasharray property in the simplelinesybol #131).

Features

• Added functionality to reset popup content, pagination, and graphics (feat: make popup content, pagination, and graphics reset #136).
• Added a custom basemap option to the basemapList (feat: add custom basemap option for the basemapList #140).

Refactors

• Updated basemap name and removed the "streets relief" basemap option (refactor: change basemap name, remove streets relief #133).
• Changed all polygons to 75% opacity for faster map loading (refactor: convert all polygons to 75% opacity for map load #134).
• Darkened the navbar tooltip text color in light mode (refactor: make navbar tooltip text color darker on light mode #135).
• Removed the navigation link to https://geology.utah.gov/, and made the logo clickable to redirect the user (refactor: remove nav link to https://geology.utah.gov/, make logo clickable to redirect user #137).
• Set the accordion to open by default if the corresponding switch is checked (refactor: make the accordion open if the switch is checked by default #138).
