Objective:

To create a sales forecasting algorithm for 1115 stores, and make it available for 24/7 access via smartphone.

Business Impacts:

  • 36% Reduction of the average error rate of sales forecasts for the entire network.
  • After the 1st half of implementation, Rossmann's half-year net income increased by 1.9%.
  • The Animation above shows the sales forecast being called through a Telegram Bot

Objective:

Our client is an Insurance company that has provided Health Insurance to its customers now they need your help in building a model to predict whether the policyholders (customers) from past year will also be interested in Vehicle Insurance provided by the company.

Business Impacts:

  • Insurance's monthly profit increase of 109%.

The Animation below shows a customer list being ordened by buying potential through a model call in Excel Sheets.

Objective:

Through clusterization techniques, identify and group the most valuable customers for a loyalty program.

Business Impacts:

  • It was found a group of customers that are responsible for 65% of the company's profit share and it represents 30% of all customers.
  • Different marketing strategies can be used for each group.
